ABSTRACT
The article offers ideas on how hospitals and health care organizations could adopt to the changes brought about by the health care reform in the U.S. It emphasizes the importance of collaborations and quality affiliations to efficiently adopt to the changes. The relevance of specialization to hospitals is explained, along with the factors that influence how health care organizations choose to specialize.
