ABSTRACT
The article offers updates on environmental issues in Canada. The development of electronic waste recycling programs in Canada provinces including British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba were established to encourage residents to dispose of used electronics in an environmental manner. An Ontario Court of Appeal court case showed the real enforcement of conservation authority regulation. The Hanna lawsuit against Ontario authorized renewable-energy permits for wind turbines occurred in the nation.
