ABSTRACT
The article offers the authors' insights as medical personnel who provided first-aid care to injured protesters during the demonstrations against the Group 20 (G20) summit in Toronto, Ontario. According to the authors, their action was not a political one though they view G20 as an unhealthy institution that contribute to the poor health outcomes in marginalized populations. The authors add that it was hard to return to work after witnessing the police's violent dispersals of the protesters.
