ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the evaluation of the judges and attorneys based on their competence in handling court cases. New York judge Richard Posner suggests the expansion of judicial reviews to include the legal execution of lawyers in cases because they are a factor to the decisions made by the judges. The article concludes that the performance assessment on both judges and lawyers is not complete without evaluating court case factors like trial records and oral arguments.
