ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the July 2010 regulatory agenda of the Pollution Control Board in Illinois. It mentions that a rulemaking was prepared by the Board to amend its procedural rules and to allow for electronic filings in all Board proceedings through its "Clerk's Office On-Line" (COOL). It adds that Section 28 of the Act does not require public hearings concerning procedural rules and therefore the Board does not plan to schedule hearings.
