The article presents information on small business enterprise MCS Steel founded by Naiyuan Chi in 1992. MCS fabricates steel for large construction projects. MCS recently grossed 17 million dollars on revenues of 118 million dollars. Chi started MCS to help him in projects that he was running for Takenaka Corp. in Thailand.
