The article presents information on the growth of small business enterprise Vietnam Dairy Products also known as Vinamilk. Vinamilk is the first business enterprise of Vietnam to have got a place on the Best Under A Billion list. The business enterprise's 48% stock are owned by the government, which is represented chairwoman Mai Kieu Lien. Vinamilk owns five farms in Vietnam but is also looking to invest in more overseas sourcing.
