ABSTRACT
The article discusses the taxation bills in Georgia, Colorado and Michigan as well as the case law developments in Washington. It notes that the House Bill 1405 in Georgia would create the 2010 Special Council on Tax Reform and Fairness for Georgians which will amend the revenue system. It mentions that a tax package designed to raise nearly 150 million dollars over the next two years by suspending or ending a variety of tax signed into law by Colorado Governor Bill Ritter.
