The article examines the tax credit changes in Minnesota. It explores the angel investor small business investment tax credit that requires the need to continue to employ at least 51 percent of its employees and have at least 51 percent of its payroll costs for five years after it receives investments qualifying for the tax credits. It mentions the changes including the refund of tax credits and the increase in the available credit amount of 10 percent on the first 2 million dollars of expenses.
