ABSTRACT
The author discusses the significance of the Working Higher Foundation Degrees (WHFD), an association of sector skills councils, universities and employers in Great Britain. He explains the purpose of the organization, designed for the process industries in the country, which accredits in-house training and education, as well as address gaps that cannot currently be met. The author commends the services of the WHFD which was specifically developed to meet the needs of the industry.
