ABSTRACT
The article discusses the method of cost reduction for revenue maximization. It reveals that business owners who realize this challenge are often tempted to make indiscriminate cuts or slash across the board. It also notes that the method of cost reduction could throw out the good with the bad and it is not conducive to growing financial practice and employees will end up overtaxed and overburdened.
