ABSTRACT
The article looks at the five steps on self-assessment regarding financial planning. It reveals that finding a niche market is the first step in creating a plan for growth and that the creation of exclusivity with account minimums influences potential clients to be part of what is being offered. Also noted is the consideration of the operating margins with its components that lead to productivity.
