ABSTRACT
The article presents the things to be considered in Web site planning or designing in the insurance industry. Insurance companies are suggested to identify their target audience, their characterisitcs and the message to be conveyed. They are advised to use the adequate font size, minimal distractions, and easy navigation. They are also recommended that the site should have a consistent voice and be fresh.
