ABSTRACT
The article features the Brooklyn, New York-based band Light Asylum, which is composed of Shannon Funchess and Bruno Coviello. It claims that the duo were influenced by the music in the 1980s, including that of the Clan of Xymox and Q. Lazzarus. It says that Light Asylum were able to make a name as a world-touring art-rock band without the assistance of a record label.
