ABSTRACT
The article narrates the experience of Guy Robertson as he visits Great Britain. It highlights the Ashmolean Museum which is older than any North American museum but its collections are superb, from the Pre-Raphaelite paintings to the artifacts from Ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. Also noted is the huge bookshop in the country, the old Bodleian Library.
