ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the denials of Arkansas Congressman Wilbur Mills as the presidential nominee for the primary elections of the Democratic Party in the U.S. It states that Mills sent letters to the election officials in Wisconsin and Nebraska in which he asked his name to be omitted from the ballots of the elections. It mentions that Wills also resisted to pursue the stump campaign in New Hampshire despite of the 5% of supporters he had from the total voters in the state.
