ABSTRACT
The article reports on the scrutiny of Colorado issuers on the cost of three November 2010 ballot issues as they fear that voters may cut state and local debt issuance. It notes that two of the ballot measures may lessen the ability of the issuers to issue debt. Meanwhile, the Colorado Department of Transportation estimates that the third ballot measure. Proposition 101, will cut its revenue by a third.
