The article offers information on the effectiveness of canister and central vacuum systems to reduce welding fumes and dust in and forge or fabrication shop. It states that using a blower on a gas forge may significantly lessen air pollutants including metal fumes and dust. Furthermore, data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics suggest that metal fabrication is on the lower stage of the risk.
