The amelogenesis imperfecta is a disease that affects the dental enamel development which present inadequate and atypical enamels matrix provision, distinctly affecting the aesthetics according to the complexity degree of each tooth or group of teeth. Thus this clinical report is intended to present different types of aesthetic resolutions according to the aesthetic lack degree required. According to clinical indications to each conservative treatment, based from dental bleaching and dental microabrasion to a aesthetic laminate, the case is resolute step by step towards the aesthetic improvement. The final aesthetic harmony was found after bleaching both archs followed by dental microabrasion of affected teeth in the lower arch (less complexity) and laminated ceramic restorations of affected teeth of the up- per arch (greater complexity). Therefore we can conclude that the aesthetic rehabilitation of teeth with amelogenesis imperfecta can be resolute by different ways according to various commitment degrees and the response of the type of treatment performed, flowing from conservative to invasive treatment to obtain the pleasant aesthetic.
