ABSTRACT
The article reports on the importance of laser scribing method. It mentions that many preferred to use the method because the laser scribe is narrower than saw cut and with less damage due to cracking and chipping. It also mentions that laser manufacturers have worked to improve the performance, reliability, and cost of ownership characteristics of the laser products to broaden its use.
