ABSTRACT
The article presents information on healthy lunch, healthy packing and tips to prepare a better kid lunch. Sheila Dean, author of "Nutrition & Endurance: Where Do I Begin?," suggests whole grains, legumes, fruit and vegetables for lunch as they contain B vitamins that assist with all of the energy-producing processes in the body. several recipes for lunch including Chicken Salad Sandwich and Curry Quinoa Salad is aldo presented. It hs been advised to use brown bags.
