ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights on the services of airlines for the disabled travelers. The author states that the newest feature of wheelchairs in large airports make the travelers completely disabled since they could not manage themselves to restrooms or even for food. The author relates that he was not assisted by a personnel when he got soaked while on travel. It suggests that all veterans and civilian advocacy groups must be united to address the travel problems.
