ABSTRACT
The article discusses the in-house food service at three corporations in the U.S., namely G Tech Corp., Unigroup and Lincoln Electric. G Tech has three cafeterias, the main one has a salad bar, a grill and deli. Unigroup has a produce punch card program to entice customers to consume more fruits and vegetables. Sandwiches are considered best-sellers at Lincoln.
