ABSTRACT
The article offers updates on the insurgency at the borders between Israel, Palestine and Israel. It describes the situation in Lebanon wherein half of its inhabitants were forced to abandon their homeland due to sporadic attacks made by Israelis. It also notes that Israel had been doing all its efforts to neutralize and keep its Lebanese counterparts away from its borders through the establishment of army units. It refers to the meeting between Israeli officers and representatives of Ahmed Khatib, the leader of the breakaway Moslem units of the Lebanese army, whose been friends with the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), which concerns on the mundane problems terror attack's in national borders.
