ABSTRACT
The article reports on the rescue mission of Henry Kissinger, a diplomat and Secretary of State in the U.S. It mentions the actions of Kissinger to strengthen the relations between the U.S. and the Soviet Union including the U.S. cruise missile, the Soviet Backfire bomber and the proposal of U.
