ABSTRACT
n algorithm is described for restoring the speech of a diver distorted while working at considerable depths. Conversion results in generation of the full speech spectrum via digital signal processing methods. The technique of choosing the key conversion parameters is suggested. A device for converting speech using digital signal processors is implemented. Results of articulation tests are shown.
