Inventory, Use, and Distribution of Genus Quercus in La Estacada, Municipality of Tixtla, Guerrero, Mexico

The article discusses the inventory, use, and distribution of genus Quercus in Tixtla de Guerrero, Mexico. It cites the most important oak species ecologically including Q. magnoliifolia, Q. liebmannii, and Q. acutifolia. It also talks about the economic importance of the oaks of the community of La Estacada. It concludes that the Mexican oak forest is composed of seven species and one variety and the habitats of the species are tropical and deciduous.
