ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's views on the definition of pharmacy as a career. According to him, pharmacists are the professionals who strive to achieve maximum therapeutic outcomes by recommending evidence-based medication regimens and support access to care to a wide range of patients. He opines that pharmacists promote leadership through prolonged education and training of pharmacists.
