ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move of Higher Innovative Solutions LLC (HIS), to develop a kit chat converts handheld gasoline-powered tampers to pneumatic tampers in Arizona. It states that the kit includes an adapter plate, washers and spacers, pneumatic motor and new clutch for removing the old engine and installing the air motor kit. Clint Willis, the company spokesman, infers that the old tamper with a worn out gasoline engine would have a new life by replacing it with a HIS air motor kit.
