ABSTRACT
The article offers tips that can help women quit smoking and boost their health at cheaper cost. It provides advice on how to make various cessation options cost-effective. The cessation options are one-on-one therapy, group programs, nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), and non-nicotine medications. Some healthy habits that women can consider are also outlined including filling out a daily food diary, frequent decluttering, breathing from the belly, and flossing every day.
