ABSTRACT
The article discusses the important role security technology in decreasing violent crime and promoting public safety in the U.S. An example of such technology is a state-of-the-art camera having high-definition digital video and installed with video analytics that can immediately alert security personnel. Moreover, the U.S. Security Market Report of the Security Industry Association revealed that there is continued growth and expansion in the security industry.
