ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the resentment among the retail staff of the travel agency Co-operative Travel which has been asked to sell in-house product forcibly by its managing director Mike Greenacre. As stated, the company witnessed low sales in the run-up to the 2010 peak sales period. It is believed that agent's independence is being compromised through this sale. Also it is stated that they should have the right to choose the best for their clients so that good relations can be maintained.
