Benefiting from distance education in order to respond to the need of in-service training has become absolute necessity with developing technology. It is developed the portal for providing in-service training via distance education in general directorate of Meteorology in this work. It is developed a simple and easily-used system structure to execute the process from the beginning of the lesson to end of the lesson through a system. The structures of lessons, discussion forum, exams questionnaires in developed portal is explained by taking into consideration of Moodle's features which is free and open-resource code software.
