ABSTRACT
The article presents a study from the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) concerning critical infrastructure protection from cyber threats. It says that the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) National Infrastructure Protection Plan requires a partnership model wherein public and private agency will organize policy and information sharing and analysis centers. GAO has suggested that the national Cybersecurity Coordinator and DHS should work to enhance information-sharing endeavors.
