The article presents the results of the survey conducted by Guidewire Software Inc. on the billing changes made by insurers in the U.S. Figures reveal that 88% of insurance firms imposed changes to provide quality services to customers and to distinguish themselves from competitors. In effort to retain and get customer loyalty, some of them replace old billing system with new payment methods like credit cards and PayPal online.
