ABSTRACT
The article discusses how professionals can improve the family justice system with mediation in order to meet the needs of the people they aim to serve. It is said that the family justice system is one of the most complex and intractable issues affecting the society today. The Family Justice Review was set up under the chairmanship of David Norgrove to analyze the effectiveness of the family justice system.
