The article offers information on Chrysler Group LLC, whose head Dan Knott is trying to mend relationship with suppliers. The company reportedly lost suppliers' support when it went bankrupt in 2008. It states that Knott has proposed to share savings if suppliers help it to cut warranty recalls in 2011. The company will produce small and mid-sized vehicles in 2011 and has hired 46 purchasing staff. Knott who prefers to have face-to-face meetings has met more than 100 suppliers.
