Titan bid nets Denman assets

The article reports that Titan Tire Corp.'s bid to purchase the assets of bankrupt Denman Tire Corp. for 3 million dollars has been approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District in Ohio. The purchase will include Denman's machinery, equipment and other inventory items. Titan Tire, subsidiary of Titan International Inc., will use the equipment to make some of the Denman tire types.
