ABSTRACT
The article focuses on lawsuits of tire companies, which relate to limiting product liability. One of them is a settlement by Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. of a lawsuit the firm lost, in which a driver was killed and two passengers injured due to a tire blowout on a Camaro Z29. Another was a case in which Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. is a defendant and it is about a Ford Explorer rollover accident that killed four teenagers and injured four.
