The article reports on the approval of several range of financings in Chicago, Illinois by the Illinois Finance Authority (IFA) board. It includes bond approval for Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, KONE Centre Investment Fund LLC, and Annex II LLC. It notes that the IFA board has approved the 80 million of bonds to finance the renovation of the medical center's birth centers and cardiac units.
