The problem with reports

The article offers information on the importance of accurate reports from social workers. It states that it is important for the social workers to analyze and write grammatically correct report for further use in the courts. According to Joanna Nicolas, child protection consultant and trainer, need for academically training is equally important as possessing life experience. She states that many social workers fail to analyze and conclude the report which affects the case.
