ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the cloud industry forum (CIF) developed for the delivery of software and information technology (IT) services. CIF has launched its draft code of practice for public consultation, which aims standardizing the computing services. The key factors of the code include transparency, capability and accountability. Andy Burton, Chairman of CIF believes the clarity and transparency of the service will attract consumers.
