The article discusses the contributions of NBC Universal foodservice operations and events director Jason Giagrande to improve trends in the corporate foodservice sector. It states that Giagrande hosted several events in line with the Healthy Week celebration of NBC Universal such as the Fit for Five promotion where consumers can purchase a composed meal for only five U.S. dollars. Aside from this, he held a catering exposition in July 2010 to increase the sales of the firm. He also has established a relationship with celebrity chef Joey Campanaro.
