ABSTRACT
The article presents a brief accounts of the appeal issued by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) with regards to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System (LEED) certification. The appeal is in relation to the certification issued to Northland Pines High School in Eagle River. It mentions that USGBC controls the challenge process and acts as jury and judge on whether projects conform to or not conform to certification standards.
