ABSTRACT
The article discusses the issuance of the International Green Construction Code (IGCC) by the International Code Council in the U.S. ASTM International, the American Institute of Architects, and the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers have supported the issuance of the code. The code aims to raise the measure in building quality and it encourages to see the commissioning quality-assurance process defined widely.
