ABSTRACT
The article presents the view of regional chief operating officer (COO) Keith Perkins of AXA Asia Life during an interview in Asia. Perkins reveals seven key strategic imperatives to fulfil the vision of insurers as to be the preferred provider of financial protection and wealth management products in the country. In addition, he elaborates the key strategies including the expansion of distribution, recruitment and retention, and re-energizing the operating platform.
