The article details how express transportation provider, FedEx Corp., uses social media to connect workforce, which landed the company on the 100 Best Companies to Work For list published in "Fortune" magazine. Great Place to Work Institute, Inc. praised the company for developing social media aimed at enhancing corporate culture, manage the company's reputation and improve communications. FedEx executive Diane Terrell said that they created an Enterprise 2.0 strategy aimed at becoming relevant to Internet-savvy citizens.
