ABSTRACT
The article discusses how business partners and couple Eric Ouellette and Stany Bergeron started their own laundry business in Canada. They decided to return to Quebec to raise their sons and purchased the Les Buanderies Dextraze, a laundry plant that processed hotel and long-term care work in Granby. It examines the unique plant's workflow, the major bottlenecks in the operation and its solutions. It states that their business success is because they do not have a closed mind to new ideas.
