ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the progressive marketing strategies of the U.S. Air Force in the recruitment of health care professionals which include the Health Professional Scholarship Program, advanced event marketing and one-to-one marketing. It mentions that the scholarship program offers scholarships to those who want to continue their medical careers. On the other hand, recruiters are experiencing difficulties in obtaining access to students to influence them to become part of the Air Force because they are required to seek permission from professors and the school registrar who influence the decision making of potential recruits.
