Minnesota Deal Tops Modest Calendar

According to the journal "The Bond Buyer" and finance firm Ipreo LLC, Minnesota has issued 865 million dollars of general obligation deal. It reveals that there has been a 2% increase of local and state government debt. In addition, it has projected that municipalities will migrate into the taxable market despite the issuance of 400 billion dollars of bonds in 2010.
